1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeckoScreener ("the Service") at geckoscreener.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GeckoScreener is a cryptocurrency screening and backtesting platform that provides:

• Real-time screening of 250+ cryptocurrencies using technical indicators
• Custom trading strategy creation with a visual condition builder
• Strategy backtesting across multiple coins and timeframes
• Community strategy sharing via public profile pages
• Watchlist management and candlestick pattern detection
• TradingView chart integration

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Eligibility & Account Access

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid invite code to create an account (during the invite-only period)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@geckoscreener.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User-Generated Content

When you create strategies, watchlists, or other content ("User Content") on the Service:

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• You grant GeckoScreener a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content within the Service
• Public strategies may be viewed, liked, and used by other registered users
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
• Impersonate another user or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share, sell, or transfer your invite code or account credentials
• Use the Service to manipulate, mislead, or defraud other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are owned by GeckoScreener and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

9. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service displays market data sourced from CoinGecko and Binance. This data is provided "as is" and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data. GeckoScreener is not affiliated with CoinGecko, Binance, or TradingView.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GECKOSCREENER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeckoScreener and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
